Functieomschrijving: Als operator op de metaalbewerking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete proces van ruw bandstaal tot een strak eindproduct: • Zelfstandig instellen, ombouwen en bedienen van excenterpersen, buigmachines, gatenponsen en stempels. • Vaktechnisch afkorten, vormen en buigen van hoogwaardig bandstaal aan de hand van technische werktekeningen. • Stap voor stap vervaardigen van diverse typen speciaal gemaakte bladveren en fijnmechanische componenten. • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteits- en maatcontroles om te garanderen dat elke serie aan de exacte toleranties voldoet. • Actief meedenken over en meehelpen bij het onderhouden en afstellen van de benodigde productiegereedschappen. • Schoon, opgeruimd en veilig houden van de eigen werkplek.

Functievereisten: We zoeken een secure vakman of een handige aanpakker met gevoel voor techniek en metaalvormgeving: • Ervaring met persen, stempels of algemene metaalbewerking, óf een hele sterke mechanische basis door opleiding of werk. • Vlot en foutloos kunnen lezen van technische werktekeningen. • Handig met meetgereedschappen en de discipline om nauwkeurig toleranties te controleren. • Een leergierige, nuchtere instelling en de motivatie om het vak van fijnmechanische vormgeving in de praktijk te leren. • Een bewuste keuze voor het ritme en de vaste werktijden van de dagdienst.
