In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft. Je bedient de machines en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Kwaliteit is jouw prioriteit en met je precisie help je het team om de beste resultaten te behalen. Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Machines instellen, bedienen en bijstellen - Het productieproces bewaken en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren - Kleine storingen signaleren en oplossen - Grondstoffen afwegen en verwerken volgens richtlijnen - Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in het productieproces Je werkt 36 uur per week in dagdienst, met de mogelijkheid om later in een 2-ploegendienst te werken als dat nodig is. Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale producent binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, gespecialiseerd in bakkerijgrondstoffen. Op de moderne productielocatie werk je samen met een betrokken team aan hoogwaardige producten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Met jarenlange ervaring, een eigen laboratorium en een sterke focus op kwaliteit zorgt het bedrijf dagelijks voor betrouwbare oplossingen binnen de bakkerijsector. Er heerst een informele werksfeer waarin samenwerken en ontwikkeling centraal staan. - Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een productieomgeving - Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om met machines en productieprocessen te werken - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt mee in oplossingen ...
