Functieomschrijving: Als operator C ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de output van de machines, maar draag je de operationele en technische verantwoording over een complete proceslijn. Je bent de spil op het gebied van kwaliteit, techniek en procesverbetering: • Zelfstandig inregelen, programmeren en ombouwen van complexe, computergestuurde metaalbewerkingsmachines (zoals kant-, zet- en freesinstallaties). • Analyseren, lokaliseren en vlot verhelpen van complexe mechanische of softwarematige storingen aan de proceslijnen. • Initiëren en doorvoeren van procesoptimalisaties (Lean/5S) om verspilling te minimaliseren en de efficiency te verhogen. • Bewaken van de strengste kwaliteitsnormen via nauwkeurige tolerantiechecks en visuele eindcontroles. • Functioneel aansturen, coachen en technisch onboarden van operator a/b-collega's en productiemedewerkers op de vloer. • Begeleiden van de implementatie en testfases van nieuwe machines of software-updates in de fabriek.

Functievereisten: Gezocht wordt een analytische procesbewaker met een sterk ontwikkeld kwaliteitsbesef en de ambitie om een team technisch naar een hoger niveau te tillen. • Een mbo-3 of mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting (zoals Operator B/C, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica). • Of aantoonbare, meerjarige ervaring met het programmeren en bedienen van CNC-gestuurde metaalbewerkingsmachines. • Uitstekend technisch inzicht en het vermogen om complexe werktekeningen en 3D-ontwerpen foutloos te interp
