Functieomschrijving: Als operator ben jij de belangrijkste schakel in de fabriek. Je zorgt dat het hele proces soepel draait. Je stelt de productielijnen in en bouwt ze om voor verschillende producten. Tijdens je dienst houd je alles goed in de gaten. Je voert controles uit en schrijft de resultaten netjes op. Loopt een machine vast? Dan los jij de kleine storingen direct zelf op. Ook ondersteun je de technische dienst bij onderhoud aan de apparatuur. Tot slot verwerk je de administratie van de gemaakte producten. Zo draag jij als operator bij aan het beste eindresultaat voor de klant.
