Dan is deze vacature een mooie kans voor jou! Als operator word je ingezet op verschillende onderdelen binnen het productieproces. Je begint op de zaagafdeling, waar je uitgebreid wordt begeleid en alle werkzaamheden stap voor stap leert uitvoeren. In deze functie werk je met meerdere zaagmachines en zorg je ervoor dat producten correct worden verwerkt. Daarnaast voer je ook regelmatig handmatige werkzaamheden uit. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het bedienen van verschillende zaagmachines; - Het correct plaatsen en verwijderen van producten uit de machines; - Het signaleren en melden van storingen; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bewaken van de productnormen; - Het registreren van productiegegevens en uitvoeren van metingen aan eindproducten. Binnen het bedrijf krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Na verloop van tijd kun je doorgroeien naar andere afdelingen binnen de productie, waar je werkt met deels geautomatiseerde installaties en aanvullende productiewerkzaamheden uitvoert. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in dagdienst van 07:00 tot 15:45 uur. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je komt terecht bij een middelgroot productiebedrijf binnen de keramische industrie. Dagelijks worden hier stenen, dakpannen en tegels op maat geproduceerd voor uiteenlopende klanten. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 50 medewerkers en is internationaal actief. Innovatie en kwaliteit staan centraal binnen de organisatie. Tegelijkertijd hangt er een informele en prettige werksfeer waarin collega's veel samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen.
