Functieomschrijving: Als operator geniet jij van een dynamische functie waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Met jouw behulpzame en proactieve houding neem je de volledige regie over het productieproces en bewaak je continu de hoogste kwaliteit. In deze rol houd jij je bezig met: • Vakkundig instellen van de machines, zorgen voor de juiste grondstoffenaanvoer en het zorgvuldig verpakken van het eindproduct. • Nauwlettend bewaken van het lopende proces, direct verhelpen van kleine storingen en het uitvoeren van strenge kwaliteitscontroles. • Actief schoon, netjes en veilig houden van je eigen werkplek voor een prettige werkomgeving.
