Als Mengoperator ben jij de absolute motor van de fabriek: jij zorgt dat de grondstoffen op de gram nauwkeurig gemengd worden tot de juiste lijm of mortel. Zonder jouw mengsel kan de rest van de fabriek niet draaien! Een verantwoordelijke en actieve functie met veel vrijheid in een hecht, nuchter team. Je start met een goed salaris tussen de € 2.500,- en € 3.500,- bruto per maand, leert het vak in de praktijk en werkt bij een stabiel Twents familiebedrijf dat echt naar je omkijkt.Dit oer-Hollandse familiebedrijf in de regio Haaksbergen is dé specialist in innovatieve, flexibele minerale steenstrips. Geen zware, traditionele bakstenen, maar slimme en duurzame gevelbekleding die wereldwijd op gebouwen wordt toegepast. De sfeer op de werkvloer is nuchter, open en informeel: 'no-nonsense' en echt noaberschap. De lijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en er is veel oog voor elkaar. Functieomschrijving: Als Operator Mengerij heb je een afwisselende en actieve werkdag. Je bent zelfstandig bezig op jouw eigen afdeling, maar schakelt continu met de collega's van de productielijnen.Jouw dagelijkse taken: • Grondstoffen afwegen en mengen: Je weegt grondstoffen (zoals zand, pigmenten en bindingen) precies af volgens recept en laat de mengmolens hun werk doen. • Kwaliteit bewaken: Je voert eenvoudige controles uit op de dikte, temperatuur en kwaliteit van het mengsel en stuurt bij waar nodig. • Verpakken en aftappen: Is de batch perfect? Dan tap je de mortel of lijm netjes af in vaten. • Schoonhouden van je werkplek: Na een batch spuit je de molens en vaten schoon, zodat alles weer klaarstaat voor de volgende ronde.
