Op onze gespecialiseerde productielocatie in de regio Hardenberg krijg je de kans om te werken met gloednieuwe, geavanceerde snij- en assemblagesystemen. Als Operator ben je hier een onmisbare spil in het complete bewerkings- en hardingsproces van maatwerkglas voor uiteenlopende sectoren. Binnen de organisatie heerst een nuchtere, informele no-nonsense cultuur met korte communicatielijnen, een hechte teamsfeer en volop aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke groei. Je krijgt alle ruimte en gerichte trainingen om je de geautomatiseerde installaties snel eigen te maken en door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Dit alles gaat gepaard met uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de Vlakglas cao en een aantrekkelijk maandsalaris tot wel € 3.300,- bruto inclusief 12% ploegentoeslag.

Functieomschrijving: Als Operator stuur je de machinale glassnijlijnen aan en waarborg je de voortgang, maatvoering en kwaliteit van het productieproces. Je bent nauw betrokken bij de bediening van het machinepark en werkt met de nieuwste bewerkings- en hardingstechnieken: • Machinaal op maat snijden, bewerken en modelleren van uiteenlopende typen beglazing met behulp van geavanceerde machines en modellen. • Zelfstandig instellen, bedienen en monitoren van geautomatiseerde snij- en assemblage-installaties aan de productielijn. • Uitvoeren van continue, strenge kwaliteits- en maatvoeringscontroles op het verwerkte glas volgens productspecificaties. • Proactief signaleren van procesknelpunten, analyseren van afwijkingen en verhelpen van eerste-lijnsstoringen. • Actief meedenken over en aandragen van praktische verbetervoorstellen ten aanzien van veiligheid, efficiëntie en procesoptimalisatie. • Zorgdragen voor een gestructureerde overdracht en een veilige, overzichtelijke werkomgeving.
