Over het werk Als operator zorg jij ervoor dat het extrusieproces soepel verloopt en de kwaliteit van de producten altijd op topniveau blijft. Je werkt met moderne machines en ziet dagelijks hoe grondstoffen worden omgezet in flexibele verpakkingen en folies. Je start met het voorbereiden van orders, stelt machines correct in en bewaakt continu het productieproces. Tijdens jouw dienst controleer je de kwaliteit van het product en stuur je bij waar nodig. Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op en bij grotere technische uitdagingen werk je samen met de technische dienst of teamleider. Naast techniek en kwaliteit staat veiligheid centraal binnen deze organisatie. Je werkt in een nette en goed georganiseerde productieomgeving waar teamwork belangrijk is. Ervaring als extrudeur is mooi meegenomen, maar ook gemotiveerde operators met technisch inzicht krijgen hier de kans om het vak verder te leren.
