Wat je gaat doen Als gedragsdeskundige binnen de divisie jeugd van Amarant werk je voor Crossroads met kinderen, jongeren en hun gezin/systeem waar sprake is van problematiek rondom een licht verstandelijke beperking in combinatie met gedrags- en psychiatrische stoornissen. Als orthopedagoog-generalist binnen Crossroads: - Pak je zelf casuïstiek op en behandel je jeugdigen en gezinnen, altijd systeemgericht en met oog voor veiligheid en herstel; - Werk je vanuit verschillende perspectieven en domeinen van de jeugdhulp samen vanuit een andere positie met het gezin (circulair en in de JIM-methodiek). Al doende leren we in de praktijk en uit onderzoek wat werkt en wat niet en stellen we het methodisch kader vast; - Bewaak je de inhoudelijke kwaliteit en voortgang door collega's aan te sturen en te coachen, samen met de gedragswetenschapper van het team; - Vertaal je wetenschappelijke inzichten naar praktische interventies die gezinnen écht verder helpen; - Bouw je mee aan ontwikkeling van A-Crossteams en draagt actief bij aan de transformatie van jeugdhulp. Waar je gaat werken Binnen de Divisie Jeugd van Amarant werk je voor Crossroads, een regionaal samenwerkingsverband van jeugdhulporganisaties, met als gezamenlijke opdracht: Het bieden van hoog-specialistische integrale jeugdhulp aan kwetsbare jeugdigen en gezinnen. Nabij, zo thuis en 'normaal' mogelijk. Binnen Crossroads werken we met één aanmeldpunt, gezamenlijke aanmeldtafels en gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid voor passende zorg. Je werkt in één van de 4 A-Cross Teams. Teams die dicht bij de gemeente en hun Stevige Lokale Teams zitten en de beweging naar beter passende hulp een gezicht geven.
