Je vertaalt onderhoudsvragen van woningcorporaties naar slimme, haalbare en duurzame plannen. Daarbij combineer je bouwkundige kennis met advies, techniek en verduurzaming. Wat ga je doen? Als Planontwikkelaar Planmatig Onderhoud werk je in Rotterdam aan het verbeteren en verduurzamen van bestaande woningen. Je overlegt met woningcorporaties en brengt hun wensen, eisen en onderhoudsvragen duidelijk in kaart. Vervolgens inspecteer je woningen en wooncomplexen om de technische staat en onderhoudsbehoefte vast te stellen. Op basis van deze informatie werk je meerjarenplannen en passende onderhoudsscenario's uit. Daarbij houd je rekening met budget, kwaliteit, wet- en regelgeving, brandveiligheid en verduurzaming. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers over planmatig onderhoud, energetische renovaties en slimme technische oplossingen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan schilderwerk, gevelonderhoud, isolatie, glas en andere maatregelen die woningen energiezuiniger en toekomstbestendiger maken. Je bewaakt het overzicht en stemt plannen af met woningcorporaties, adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen. Ook zorg je dat voorstellen technisch haalbaar en financieel onderbouwd zijn. Zo verbind je inspectie, advies en planontwikkeling en draag je bij aan comfortabele en duurzame woningen in Rotterdam.
