Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en dat elk product voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Goed werk! Over de functie Je werkt met moderne, volledig geautomatiseerde productielijnen en houdt continu een scherp oog op het proces. Je stelt machines nauwkeurig af, grijpt in waar nodig en signaleert afwijkingen voordat ze problemen worden. Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op en ondertussen zorg je ervoor dat jouw werkplek netjes en veilig blijft. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt snel, werkt samen met collega's en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en drive maak jij echt het verschil op de werkvloer. Bovendien krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien, bijvoorbeeld richting een leidinggevende rol.
