Functieomschrijving: Als Procesoperator ben jij de regisseur van een geavanceerd en geautomatiseerd machinepark. Je stelt installaties in, bewaakt chemische en fysische processen en grijpt proactief in bij afwijkingen. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit de volgende kernactiviteiten • Bedienen, instellen en bijsturen van geautomatiseerde procesinstallaties en SCADA-systemen vanuit de centrale controlekamer. • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige proces- en kwaliteitscontroles waaronder monstername en laboratoriumanalyses. • Signaleren, analyseren en registreren van product- of procesafwijkingen om de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden te borgen. • Snel en adequaat verhelpen van technische eerstelijnsstoringen om ongeplande stilstand te minimaliseren. • Nauwkeurig bijhouden en verwerken van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens in de geautomatiseerde systemen. • Actief meedenken over
