Thinkwise is een AI-powered, model-driven platform waarmee organisaties hun kernsystemen moderniseren en toekomstbestendig maken. AI speelt een rol in de hele levenscyclus van een applicatie: bij het moderniseren van legacy-software, bij het ontwikkelen in onze Software Factory en direct in de bedrijfsapplicaties zelf. Die ontwikkelingen gaan snel, en jij zorgt dat ze landen waar ze het meeste verschil maken. Als Product Manager pak jij de regie op de roadmap. De lijnen zijn uitgezet; jij bepaalt welke functionaliteiten we ontwikkelen, in welke volgorde en waarom. Je geeft leiding aan een team van twee Platform Ambassadors en twee UX/UI Designers. Korte lijnen, veel vertrouwen en direct zichtbaar resultaat: wat jullie bedenken, zie je terug bij klanten. Bovenal ben je een verbinder. Je staat midden tussen klanten, partners en onze interne teams en weet wat er bij ieder van hen speelt. Je spreekt de taal van een developer net zo makkelijk als die van een klant of directielid, en je vertaalt de ene wereld naar de andere. Zo breng je mensen samen rond één gedeeld beeld van waar het Thinkwise Platform naartoe gaat. Wat ga je doen? - Productroadmap - Je pakt de regie op de roadmap en vertaalt de koers van Thinkwise naar heldere keuzes: wat we bouwen, in welke volgorde en waarom. - Klantcontact - Je bent regelmatig bij klanten en partners, weet waar ze tegenaan lopen en vertaalt dat naar keuzes op de roadmap. - Marktkansen - Je volgt de markt en de snelle ontwikkelingen in AI op de voet, signaleert kansen en vertaalt die naar concrete productvoorstellen. - Adoptie van nieuwe functionaliteiten - Nieuwe functionaliteiten, ook op het gebied van...
