Bij KeJe produceren we dagelijks maatwerk horren en raamdecoratie voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Iedere dag verlaten honderden producten onze productie richting expeditie. Daar zit een strakke planning achter en die planning moet iedere dag gehaald worden. Daarom zoeken wij een Productieleider die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer. Iemand die ervoor zorgt dat collega's prettig kunnen werken, knelpunten tijdig signaleert en de productie iedere dag op schema houdt. Geen leidinggevende die vooral achter een bureau zit, maar iemand die tussen de mensen staat. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd ben je op de werkvloer aanwezig , waar je samen met teamleiders en collega's zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Als Productieleider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de productie. Samen met de teamleiders zorg je ervoor dat de planning wordt gehaald, de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft en alle producten op tijd worden overgedragen aan de expeditie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de teamleiders en productiemedewerkers. Je weet wat er speelt, bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat collega's zich gehoord voelen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het dagelijks aansturen van de productie. - Het coachen, ondersteunen en begeleiden van de teamleiders. - Het zijn van het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's op de productievloer. - Het bewaken van de dagelijkse productieplanning en output. - Ervoor zorgen dat alle producten iedere dag op tijd gereed zijn voor expeditie. - Actief bijsturen wanneer je ziet dat de planning onder druk komt te staan of producten dreigen achter te blijven. ...
