Functieomschrijving: Als productiemedewerker transformeer je ruwe rollen rubber en kunststof tot een strak, werkend eindproduct. Een gevarieerde rol op de vloer: • Instellen, bedienen en controleren van moderne snij- en bewerkingsmachines. • Lezen van technische tekeningen om te bepalen welke specifieke bewerkingen nodig zijn. • Op maat snijden, verlijmen, samenstellen en netjes afwerken van de kunststof- en rubberen banden. • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteits- en afmetingscontroles op het gemaakte maatwerk. • Af en toe rijden op de heftruck voor het verplaatsen van zware rollen en het klaarzetten van materiaal. • Schoon en georganiseerd houden van de eigen werkplek voor een veilige werkomgeving.

Functievereisten: Logisch nadenken en een actieve werkinstelling wegen hier zwaarder dan jarenlange ervaring of een stapel diploma's: • Twee rechterhanden, ruimtelijk inzicht en de nieuwsgierigheid om te begrijpen hoe machines werken. • Je werkt uiterst secuur; een transportband moet in de praktijk immers op de millimeter nauwkeurig passen. • Een prettige, betrouwbare teamplayer die bewust kiest voor het ritme van een 2-ploegendienst. • Een heftruckcertificaat is een mooie pré; heb je deze nog niet, dan kun je die gewoon op onze kosten behalen.
