Als Productiemedewerker help je mee met het produceren van hoogwaardige verpakkingen voor klanten over de hele wereld. Je ondersteunt het productieproces, controleert de kwaliteit en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een soepel verloop van de werkzaamheden.Ervaring in de productie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Heb je een praktische instelling en ben je gemotiveerd om te leren? Dan krijg je volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien.

Functieomschrijving: Je komt te werken bij een internationaal bedrijf dat innovatieve verpakkingen ontwikkelt en veel aandacht besteedt aan duurzaamheid en recycling. De werkomgeving is modern en schoon, met geavanceerde machines en een collegiaal team. Er is ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het volgen van opleidingen.Wat ga je doen? • Ondersteunen van het productieproces en aanvullen van grondstoffen en materialen. • Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en afwijkingen. • Verpakken en verwerken van geproduceerde materialen. • Helpen bij het ombouwen en schoonmaken van productielijnen. • Signaleren van storingen en afwijkingen en deze melden bij de operator. • Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek. • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.

Functievereisten: Wat breng je mee? • Een praktische instelling en motivatie om nieuwe dingen te leren. • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré. • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kunt je redden in het Engels. • Je bent bereid om in een ploegendienst te werken. • Je bent een teamspeler en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden: Wat bieden wij jou? • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 3.500,-. • 20% ploegentoeslag bij werken in een 3-ploegendienst. • Pensioenopbouw via de geldende pensioenregeling. • € 0,23 per kilometer reiskostenvergoedi
