Je bent het financieel geweten op alle grote samenwerkingsprojecten in het kader van het Integraal Zorgakkoord alsook bij alle subsidieprojecten. Daar werk je nauw samen in de driehoek van projectleider, (business)control en financiële administratie. Je hebt veel extern contact met de financieel experts van ketenpartners en subsidieverstrekkers. Van begrotingen tot rapportages en verantwoording, jij bent de expert die alles in goede banen leidt. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten financieel gezond zijn en voldoen aan de eisen van subsidiegevers. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan de beste zorg, zowel voor je collega's als voor hun cliënten. Wat ga je doen? Als project en subsidie controller beoordeel en stem je projectbegrotingen en voorstellen op elkaar af en verzorg je de financiële projectadministratie. Je stelt het jaarbudget en financiële adviezen op en analyseert kostenontwikkelingen voor rapportages en prognoses. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met projectleiders en de Programmaraad om een betrouwbare financiële basis en effectieve projectondersteuning te waarborgen. Je beoordeelt subsidieaanvragen, bewaakt deadlines en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij het aanvragen en verantwoorden van WMO-, opleidings- en Europese subsidies. Daarnaast stel je maandelijkse subsidie-verantwoordingen op en optimaliseer je administratieve processen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de business controllers, projectleiders, en andere stakeholders. Je stelt jaarbudgetten en begrotingen op voor de externe projectenportefeuille, analyseert financiële gegevens en kostenontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar adviezen en rapportages...
