In deze startersfunctie werk je aan uiteenlopende ventilatieprojecten voor woningbouw en utiliteit. Van appartementencomplexen en duurzame nieuwbouw tot opvallende kantoorcomplexen. Jij vormt de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat een technisch ontwerp niet alleen op papier klopt, maar ook daadwerkelijk gebouwd kan worden. Een mooie kans als je aan het begin van je carrière staat en graag veel verantwoordelijkheid pakt, wilt leren van ervaren collega's en betrokken wilt zijn bij indrukwekkende projecten. Wat ga je doen Als Project Engineer ben je betrokken bij het technische ontwerp van ventilatiesystemen. Je werkt samen met modelleurs, werkvoorbereiders en andere projectteamleden om ieder project technisch goed en compleet op te leveren. - Ontwerpen van ventilatiesystemen voor woningbouw en utiliteit - Begeleiden en aansturen van BIM-modelleurs - Uitvoeren en controleren van technische berekeningen - Ondersteunen van werkvoorbereiders tijdens het project - Contact onderhouden met bouwkundige aannemers en andere betrokken partijen - Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk en hiervoor aanbiedingen maken - Zorgen voor een compleet ontwerp waarmee de montage direct aan de slag kan Je werkt aan meerdere projecten tegelijk, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan grote appartementencomplexen, duurzame nieuwbouwwijken en complexe kantoorprojecten.
