Het inspireren van het team geeft jou energie. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider ben jij de spil in het web. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten - van zorginstellingen tot superjachten - vlekkeloos verlopen. Je werkt samen met een energiek team, schakelt met klanten en leveranciers, en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Geen dag is hetzelfde! - Je bezoekt locaties en geeft advies over de beste aanpak voor vloerafwerking. - Je plant projecten samen met je team, regelt materialen en stemt alles af met de juiste mensen. - Je houdt de voortgang in de gaten, schakelt snel bij en communiceert helder met alle betrokkenen. - Je motiveert het team en zorgt dat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles veilig en duurzaam gebeurt. - Je bouwt aan sterke relaties met klanten en leveranciers. - Je houdt de administratie bij, zodat alles soepel verloopt. Wie ben jij? - Jij bent sociaal, klantgericht en denkt altijd in oplossingen. - Je houdt het hoofd koel, ook als het druk is. - Je communiceert makkelijk met iedereen. - Je hebt minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt bouwkundige kennis en organisatorisch inzicht. - Je werkt graag met digitale tools (MS Office, Exact Online is een pré). - Je hebt een rijbewijs B. - Je bent VCA-VOL gecertificeerd of wilt dit snel halen. - Ervaring in de bouw of vlo...
