Denk aan nieuwe woonwijken, bedrijventerreinen en gebieden waarin wonen, werken, energie en voorzieningen samenkomen. Voorbeelden zijn Veldegge in Heeten, Franciscushof in Raalte en de verschillende ontwikkelingen rond het station. Je begeleidt projecten vanaf het eerste initiatief tot en met de realisatie. Je stelt een projectteam samen en bepaalt samen de koers. Je zorgt voor een heldere aanpak, brengt kansen en aandachtspunten in beeld en bewaakt de inhoud, planning en voortgang van het project. Daarnaast organiseer je een zorgvuldig communicatie- en participatieproces en zorg je dat besluiten goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Je voert gesprekken met inwoners, initiatiefnemers, projectontwikkelaars, woningcorporaties, bestuurders en andere betrokkenen. Je brengt verschillende belangen bij elkaar, zorgt voor bestuurlijk draagvlak en houdt het gezamenlijke resultaat voor ogen.
