Je werkt vanuit Volendam en komt terecht in een organisatie met ongeveer 470 collega's. Ondanks die omvang werkt de organisatie als familiebedrijf met korte lijnen. Binnen jouw projecten krijg je veel ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen en de aanpak samen met jouw team vorm te geven. Juist de variatie in projecten is een sterk punt van deze functie. Wil je graag werken aan grootschalige verduurzaming van woningen? Ligt jouw ervaring meer bij regulier onderhoud? Of krijg je juist energie van interne verbouwingen met veel verschillende werkzaamheden? Binnen de organisatie zijn meerdere richtingen mogelijk. De locatie in Volendam is goed bereikbaar met de auto en fiets. Met het openbaar vervoer reis je per bus; Volendam heeft geen treinstation, waardoor je vanuit sommige plaatsen rekening moet houden met een overstap. Functieomschrijving Als Projectleider Renovatie & Onderhoud zorg je dat bestaande gebouwen beter, duurzamer en prettiger worden om in te wonen of werken. Jij houdt daarbij het totaaloverzicht: van de eerste voorbereiding tot de uitvoering, financiële resultaten en uiteindelijk de oplevering. Binnen deze functie zijn er drie verschillende projectstromen waarop je kunt reageren: - renovatie en onderhoud van bestaande bouw, veelal in bewoonde staat; - reguliere renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten; - interne verbouwingen, bijvoorbeeld voor woningcorporaties, zorginstellingen en vastgo...
