Als Projectorganisator Civiel speel je een sleutelrol in de realisatie van dit complexe energieproject. Je werkt samen met Nederlandse en internationale partners en zorgt ervoor dat techniek, planning, veiligheid en uitvoering succesvol samenkomen. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de energietransitie van Nederland. Je werkzaamheden Als Projectorganisator Civiel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatorische en technische voorbereiding van het project. Je ontwikkelt slimme bouwmethodieken en vertaalt deze naar uitvoerbare plannen voor de realisatie. Daarbij stuur je op planning, risico's, kosten, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je coördineert het ontwerpproces, werkt samen met bouwpartners en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alle disciplines effectief samenwerken. Daarnaast geef je richting aan het werkproces binnen het projectteam en neem je strategische beslissingen die bijdragen aan een voorspelbare en succesvolle uitvoering. Jouw team Je komt terecht in het projectteam van het 2GW-landstation op de Maasvlakte. Hier werk je samen met specialisten vanuit BAM Infra Civiel, BAM Infra Wegen, BAM Verkeerstechniek en BAM Energie & Water. Daarnaast heb je intensief contact met internationale nevenaannemers en diverse projectpartners. De combinatie van technische complexiteit, internationale samenwerking en de maatschappelijke impact van het project zorgt voor een omgeving waarin eigenaarschap, samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan. ...
