Ben jij sterk in plannen, houd je gemakkelijk overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is? Dan is deze functie als Projectvoorbereider iets voor jou. In deze veelzijdige rol zorg jij ervoor dat projecten optimaal voorbereid aan de uitvoeringsfase beginnen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, productie en montage. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze verlopen projecten soepel, volgens planning en binnen de gestelde randvoorwaarden. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten waarbij je continu schakelt tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en betrokken partijen. Hierdoor is geen dag hetzelfde en krijg je volop de kans om jouw bouwkundige kennis en organisatorische talent in te zetten. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en uitwerken van technische en uitvoeringstekeningen; - Verzamelen en verwerken van alle benodigde projectinformatie; - Verzorgen van materiaalbestellingen en onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers; - Opstellen van productielijsten en werkdocumentatie; - Coördineren van transporten en logistieke processen rondom projecten; - Bewaken van planningen, budgetten en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met opdrachtgevers, productieafdelingen en montageteams; - Signaleren van risico's of vertragingen en tijdig voorstellen van passende oplossingen. Als Projectvoorbereider leg je de basis voor een succesvolle uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen beschikbaar zijn, tekeningen gereed zijn en alle betrokken partijen weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Door jouw vooruitziende blik en nauwkeurige voorbereiding kunnen projecten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en worden deadlines gehaald zonder conces...
