Jouw nieuwe baan Samen met je team werk je aan het vormgeven van behandelingen, in nauwe samenwerking met patiënten, hun naasten en je collega's. Jij helpt patiënten om weer de regie te nemen over hun eigen leven, en stimuleert hen om zelf oplossingen te vinden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor intensieve zorg, observatie en diagnostiek binnen de crisisinterventie en behandeling van onze patiënten. Dit doe je binnen een multidisciplinair team, waarbij je zowel verzorgende als verpleegtechnische taken uitvoert, maar ook instrumenteel agogisch en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je bent werkzaam op verschillende klinische afdelingen van Zuyderland GGz in Sittard-Geleen. Wat neem je mee? Jij bent iemand die naast de patiënt staat, en niet bang is om samen te werken. Je legt snel verbinding met je collega's en weet de kracht van je team te benutten. Je bent een echte teamplayer, die altijd streeft naar kwaliteit en veiligheid. Kritische vragen stellen over bestaande procedures? Jij doet dat graag! Verbeteringen aandragen en meedenken over nieuwe aanpakken zit in jouw natuur. Fouten maken?
