Als een van de grootste partijen in gedrukte verpakkingsoplossingen is elke fout er bij ons één te veel. Dankzij jou wordt elke schakel in ons proces nauwkeurig gecontroleerd. Zie jij de uitdaging al voor je? Kwaliteit is ontzettend belangrijk in de farmaceutische industrie waarin we leveren. We produceren onze verpakkingen volgens strenge kwaliteitsnormen en daarin ligt jouw uitdaging. Het is aan jou om al onze producten te controleren, zodat we de beloofde kwaliteit kunnen leveren aan onze klanten. Je verantwoordelijkheden als kwaliteitscontroleur: - Controleren of alle halffabricaten en geproduceerde orders aan onze kwaliteitsnormen voldoen. - Geconstateerde afwijkingen in producten registreren en de juiste vervolgacties uitzetten. - De oorzaak van afwijkingen onderzoeken en rapporteren aan de QA-manager. - Controleren van het juiste gebruik van orderinstructies, orderbescheiden, verpakkingsspecificaties en andere productieregistraties. - Goedgekeurde producten voor de markt vrijgeven. - In jouw rol streef je ernaar tijdig afwijkingen in producten, processen en procedures te constateren, zodat elke order aan onze kwaliteitseisen voldoet.
