Met een balie op de begane grond en een vergadercentrum op de eerste verdieping is er genoeg afwisseling in de werkzaamheden. Je werkt dagelijks met een collega samen om de werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Beneden aan de receptie ontvang je gasten en leveranciers, neem je de telefoon aan en beantwoord je de mail. Even niks te doen? Er liggen altijd nog wat administratieve werkzaamheden klaar! In het vergadercentrum op de eerste verdieping verwijs je de bezoekers naar de juiste vergaderzaal en controleer je of de zalen er netjes bij staan. Ook hier is vervelen niet nodig. Er is altijd iets te doen! Wat ga je doen als office assistant voor Young Group? - Bezoekersregistratie en uitgifte en inname toegangspassen; - Aannamen van de telefoon; - Ontvangen / begeleiden van bezoekers en leveranciers; - Aannemen post en pakketten; - Bij calamiteiten alarmeren van de aanwezige BHV-ers; - Orders invoeren en facturen controleren, steekproeven op budgetorders; - Bestellingen (o.a. kantoorartikelen, bloemen, lunch) en sleutelregistratie; - Storingen melden bij leverancier of beheerder gebouw; - Reserveren van externe vergaderruimtes (mogelijk landelijk); - Het klaarzetten en opruimen van de lunch in het vergadercentrum; - Ervoor zorgen dat overige zaken tijdig in de vergaderzaal sta...
