Samen met je Olympia-collega's zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers goed starten, de bezetting op orde blijft en opdrachtgevers kunnen vertrouwen op een partner die dichtbij de operatie staat. Je ziet dagelijks wat jouw werk oplevert: een kandidaat die begint, een medewerker die blijft en een team dat door kan. Wat ga je doen? Een vacature staat open. De klant wacht. En de kandidaat die precies lijkt te passen? Die heeft zich natuurlijk nog niet gemeld. Daar kom jij in beeld. Als Recruiter bij Olympia ga je actief op zoek naar mensen die passen bij het werk én bij de situatie van de klant. Je zoekt in onze database, spreekt kandidaten die binnenkomen, benadert mensen actief en gebruikt kanalen zoals LinkedIn en social media om de juiste doelgroep te bereiken. Maar zoeken is pas het begin. Soms moet je twintig mensen bellen voordat je iemand spreekt die serieus interesse heeft. En soms zit de beste kandidaat helemaal niet in de eerste zoekresultaten. Dan zoek je verder. Dat maakt recruitment hier interessant: je hebt invloed op wie er aan tafel komt, wie er start en uiteindelijk welk werk bij iemand past. Je hoeft niet uit de uitzendbranche te komen. Ervaring met recruitment, sales, hospitality, klantenservice, HR of een rol waarin je veel gesprekken voert kan net zo goed een goede basis zijn.
