Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Als Recruiter Bouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het (online) zoeken, werven en selecteren van gekwalificeerde vakmannen voor onze opdrachtgevers. Je bouwt actief aan een sterk netwerk van kandidaten binnen de bouwsector en onderhoudt contact met onze bestaande tussenpersonen in binnen- en buitenland. Vanuit ons kantoor in Beek-Ubbergen werk je nauw samen met onze accountmanagers. Zij stemmen nieuwe vacatures met jou af, waarna jij zorgt voor de juiste kandidaten. Samen zorgen jullie voor de perfecte match. Wat ga je doen? Als recruiter: • Onderhoud je contact met (inter)nationale personeelsbemiddelaars • Bouw je aan een sterke en actuele kandidatenpool binnen de bouwsector • Bel je dagelijks binnengekomen cv's na • Stem je intensief af met accountmanagers over vacatures en voorgestelde kandidaten • Zorg je dat je precies weet wat kandidaten kunnen én wat zij zoeken Je werkt voor zowel MKB-bedrijven als grote, landelijke spelers die continu op zoek zijn naar gekwalificeerde vakmensen. Dankzij jouw mensenkennis en commerciële gevoel leg je steeds weer de basis voor een succesvolle samenwerking tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever. Over ons Bullseye Uitzendbureau B.V. is gespecialiseerd in personeelsbemiddeling binnen de bouwsector. Sinds 2002 zijn wij actief in de uitzendbranche en hebben wij ons ontwikkeld tot een betrouwbare specialist in bouwpersoneel. Je komt terecht in een jong, enthousiast en hecht team in Beek-Ubbergen.
