Solliciteer dan als reisverkoper! Over het werk Als reisverkoper ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar een bijzondere zeilreis. Je luistert naar hun wensen, adviseert over de verschillende mogelijkheden en stelt een passend reisvoorstel op. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte én commerciële instelling zorg je ervoor dat iedere klant met een goed gevoel zijn reis boekt. Je maakt offertes, verwerkt boekingen en volgt aanvragen actief op. Daarbij heb je dagelijks contact met klanten, groepen en schippers uit binnen- en buitenland, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Je communiceert in het Nederlands, Engels en voornamelijk Duits. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles rondom de reis goed geregeld is en denk je mee over commerciële acties en nieuwe mogelijkheden om klanten enthousiast te maken.
