Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een Restaurant Manager. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bediening, banqueting en inkoop voor Hampshire Hotel Delft Centre. Je geeft zelf leiding aan een team van minimaal 10 medewerkers verdeeld over de ochtend / middag en avondFunctieomschrijving • Aanspreekpunt voor binnen- en buitenlandse gasten. • Eindverantwoordelijk voor het bedienend personeel • Oplossen van zich voordoende problemen, klachten e.d. • Geven van informatie, dan wel adviseren aan medewerkers. • Indelen van medewerkers en zo nodig oproepen van ambulanten. • Regelen van de werkuitvoering, geven van aanwijzingen en instructies. • Toezien op/bewaken van werkvoortgang en uitvoeringskwaliteit; oplossen van zich voordoende problemen. • Coördineren/regelen van de voorbereiding en uitvoering van partijen e.d. in afstemming met de andere supervisors en Manager Operations. • Meewerken/invallen bij de voorkomende werkzaamheden. • Toezien op naleving wetgeving op het gebied van veiligheid, Arbo , Haccp en op werk-en presentatiemethoden (huisstijl). • Bespreken van ideeën/voorstellen, uitvoeren van acties na genomen besluiten. • Actief meedenken over de werkwijzen binnen de operations. • Bestellingen plaatsen en controleren van leveringen. • Draagt zorg voor overzichten wat betreft inkoop- en omzetcijfers. • ArbeidsvoorwaardenSalaris volgens Horeca CAO • Diverse kortingsvoordelen via Hampshire Hospitality
