Als Salarisadministrateur verwerk je salarissen correct en op tijd, en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over loonadministratie en arbeidsrechtelijke regelingen. Wat ga je doen? - Maandelijkse salarisruns verwerken voor diverse klanten in Nmbrs - Loonstroken, betaal- en journaalbestanden, pensioenaangiften en loonaangiften opstellen - Klanten adviseren over arbeidsvoorwaarden, cao's, loonheffingen en sociale wetgeving - Vragen beantwoorden over loonstroken, arbeidscontracten en personeelsmutaties - Contact onderhouden met de Belastingdienst, pensioenfondsen en verzekeraars - Up-to-date blijven met ontwikkelingen in arbeidsrecht en sociale zekerheid Wie ben jij? - Minimaal een afgeronde mbo+/hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in salarisadministratie, HRM of financiële administratie - Een PDL-diploma (een VPS-opleiding is een pré) - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in salarisadministratie - Ervaring met Nmbrs - Kennis van loonheffingen, arbeidsrecht en sociale verzekeringen - Nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en klantgericht Wat krijg je van ons? - Een marktconform salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 5.000 per maand - Telefoon en laptop van de zaak - Deels vanuit huis werken is mogelijk - Flexibele werktijden, bijvoorbeeld om 10:00 uur beginnen - Volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling: werkgerelateerde studies sponsoren we graag - Een informele sfeer zonder gedoe of hiërarchie - Vrijdagmiddagborrels, bedrijfsuitjes en een fitnessregeling - Dagelijks verzorgde lunch en gratis parkeren op kantoor Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap?
