Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, kandidaten en recruiters. Vanuit jouw commerciële verantwoordelijkheid bouw je aan duurzame klantrelaties, realiseer je nieuwe opdrachten en draag je bij aan succesvolle plaatsingen. Je beheert bestaande klantrelaties en richt je actief op nieuwe klanten. Door goed te luisteren en de personeelsbehoefte van een organisatie te doorgronden, weet je commerciële kansen te vertalen naar passende oplossingen. Tijdens klant- en prospectbezoeken positioneer je Start People als professionele partner op het gebied van arbeidsbemiddeling. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is het vinden van de juiste balans tussen commercie en dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met recruiters om vacatures succesvol in te vullen en kandidaten goed te begeleiden. Je bewaakt de voortgang, komt gemaakte afspraken na en zorgt voor een professionele klantbeleving. Je werkdagen zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder meer uit acquisitie, klantgesprekken, recruitmentoverleg en administratieve werkzaamheden. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen, je eigen klantrelaties te beheren en commerciële mogelijkheden in de markt te benutten.
