Als Sales Executive speel je een belangrijke ondersteunende rol binnen ons Sales team. Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Managers en Director of Sales en ondersteunt bij klantrelaties, new business development en de dagelijkse commerciële activiteiten van het hotel.Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospects en helpt om aanvragen en commerciële kansen om te zetten in succesvolle business. Tegelijkertijd zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten het hoge serviceniveau en de aandacht voor detail ervaren die bij De L'Europe Amsterdam horen.Wat ga je doenOndersteunen van onze Sales Managers en Director of Sales bij dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden | Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en actief benaderen van klantrelaties | Opstellen van uitgebreide salesvoorstellen en contracten | Coördineren en opstellen van salesrapportages en marktanalyses en maandelijks monitoren van resultaten | Ondersteunen van het Sales team bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van sales trips | Zorgen voor een optimale werking van de backoffice | Voorbereiden en coördineren van salesactiviteiten zoals site inspections, travel agent stays, customer in-house events, blitzing en FAM trips | Op de hoogte blijven van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de branche en best practices om de gastervaring continu te verbeteren | Ondersteunen van het team bij alle binnenkomende RFP's en leads | Samenwerken met operationele afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle aspecten rondom kamerreserveringen optimaal worden uitgevoerd | Het Groups & Events-team ondersteunen bij het behandelen van aanvragen en het omzetten van aanvragen in boekingen | Nauw samenwerken met het Revenue & Reservations team om commerciële kansen optimaal te benutten | Volledige kennis en begrip hebben van de visie van De L'Europe, haar producten en diensten | Ondersteunen van salesrelaties
