Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte aanpak verlopen processen soepel en kunnen klanten rekenen op een uitstekende dienstverlening. Dagelijks heb je contact met zowel interne als externe klanten via e-mail en telefoon. Je beoordeelt aanvragen, verwerkt deze administratief in de systemen en zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd en correct wordt afgehandeld.
