Je werkt met verschillende metaaltechnieken en bent betrokken bij elk onderdeel. Ervaring mag, maar leren kan ook. Word fulltime onderdeel van een hecht team met uitzicht op vast werk. - Je nieuwe baan Wat verwachten wij van jou? Jij zorgt ervoor dat staalconstructies van A tot Z in elkaar worden gezet. Je werkt aan projecten voor hallen, loodsen en maneges, van losse onderdelen tot het eindproduct. Je gebruikt verschillende technieken, zoals lassen en metaalbewerken, en houdt elke dag de kwaliteit in de gaten. Je dag begint met het doornemen van de planning samen met je collega's. Daarna ga je aan de slag in de werkplaats: onderdelen samenstellen, lassen, controleren en afwerken. Je werkt nauw samen met het team, leert nieuwe dingen en krijgt de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. De sfeer op de werkvloer is open en iedereen staat voor elkaar klaar.
