Jouw rol Als senior medewerker informatieverwerking ondersteun je andere afdelingen bij een zorgvuldige en moderne informatiehuishouding. Bijvoorbeeld met de verwerking van de inkomende post en e-mails, de kwaliteitscontrole van afgesloten zaken en de juiste archivering. Je geeft trainingen over informatiebeheer aan collega's uit de hele organisatie. Je bent daarnaast het eerste aanspreekpunt over informatiebeheer. Voorbeelden van jouw werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je ziet knelpunten in de dienstverlening van het informatie- en archiefbeheer en maakt verbetervoorstellen. - Je vertaalt de ontwikkelingen in informatie- en archiefbeheer naar de gevolgen voor de werkwijze in het zaaksysteem en de vak applicaties. - Je voert de kwaliteitsmonitor informatiebeheer uit. - Je merkt afwijkingen van de afgesproken werkwijzen op en bespreekt deze. Maakt het plan van aanpak met betrokken collega's en ziet toe op de uitvoering. - Je draagt zorg voor het sorteren en registreren, scannen en controleren van binnenkomende (digitale) post. Jouw werkweek Elke dag kom je samen met collega's in een dagstart. We bespreken de werkzaamheden van die dag en leren van de vorige dag. Het ene moment geef je trainingen of leg je uit wat zaakgericht werken is, het andere moment verbeter je de werkprocessen van je eigen team, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit of geef je advies over de wettelijk...
