Als Senior Operator Productie ben jij een ervaren aanspreekpunt binnen het productieteam. Je werkt mee aan het proces en gebruikt jouw praktijkervaring om collega's en de productie verder te helpen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Zelfstandig meewerken binnen het productieproces. - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van operators. - Inwerken van nieuwe collega's. - Verdelen en coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productievoortgang. - Signaleren en oplossen van technische en procesmatige afwijkingen. - Afstemmen met de technische dienst bij storingen of onderhoud. - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. - Collega's aanspreken en ondersteunen bij veilig en correct werken. - Bij afwezigheid van de leidinggevende de werkzaamheden op de vloer coördineren.
