Een brede rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, korte lijnen en volop ruimte om mee te groeien.Jouw impactJe maakt ons slimmer en slagvaardiger in de inzet van data en performance. De waarde van jouw rol zit vooral in:· SEA waar logisch deels oppakken en campagnes gericht optimaliseren;· regie voeren over externe bureaus en specialisten en hen scherp aansturen op resultaat, kwaliteit en kosten;· budgetten slimmer verdelen over hotels, kanalen en fasen in de funnel;· e-mailmarketing en automation verbeteren en verder opbouwen;· de conversie verhogen op onze huidige websites én toekomstige platformen;· zorgen dat kennis en regie intern stevig zijn verankerd, terwijl we specialistische expertise gericht extern blijven inzetten.Wat ga je doen?Je verbindt data, performance en commercie. Je analyseert wat werkt, vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties en pakt waar dat waarde toevoegt zelf de uitvoering op. Voor specialistische of technische vraagstukken werk je nauw samen met bureaus, developers en andere experts en bewaak jij de kwaliteit en voortgang.· Performance, data en commerciële resultaten inzichtelijk maken in heldere dashboards en rapportages;· regie voeren over SEA, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads en andere relevante paid-media-kanalen, waarbij je zelf voldoende operationele kennis hebt om mee te werken, prestaties te beoordelen e
