Robuust Eindhoven Robuust - Eindhoven - 32 - 36 uur - HBO - maximaal € 6.203,- (Senior) Projectleiders in Eindhoven Je opdracht In zorg en welzijn zijn veel vraagstukken te groot voor één organisatie. Ze vragen om samenwerking over grenzen en domeinen heen, om richting en om iemand die helpt de beweging van plan naar praktijk te maken. Als projectleider bij Robuust organiseer je die voortgang. Je leidt projecten en implementatietrajecten die bijdragen aan een sterke en toekomstbestendige eerstelijn in Zuid-Nederland. Je brengt de maatschappelijke opgave scherp in beeld, maakt belangen bespreekbaar en helpt betrokken partijen om samen te kiezen, te besluiten en uit te voeren. Daarbij houd je steeds voor ogen wat de verandering betekent voor inwoners en professionals. We zoeken twee projectleiders: één met focus op Zuid-Limburg en één met focus op West-Brabant. Daarom zien we graag dat je in een van deze regio's woont of er sterk mee verbonden bent. Waarom Robuust? Robuust is de onafhankelijke strategische partner voor maatschappelijke vraagstukken in zorg en welzijn in Zuid-Nederland. We maken complexe veranderopgaven hanteerbaar door kennis en richting te brengen, partijen met uiteenlopende belangen bijeen te brengen en uitvoering op gang te helpen. We werken vanuit de maatschappelijke opgave, niet vanuit het belang van één organisatie. Met kennis van de regio, een onafhankelijke blik en een lerende aanpak helpen we partijen om tot duurzame oplossingen te komen. Tijdelijk naast partijen, zodat zij het daarna zelf kunnen. Robuust is een regionale ondersteuningsstructuur (ROS), onderdeel van het landelijke ROS-netwerk. We werken in Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Zeeland en in een deel van Gelderland. Bij Robuust krijg je de ruimte om vanuit een onafhankelijke positie bij te dragen aan veranderingen die inwoners en professionals echt verder helpen.
