Wat ga je doen als servicecoördinator - klantcontact medewerker? Als klant contact medewerker ben je het visitekaartje en eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten en grote opdrachtgevers. Je draagt zorg voor de opvolging van een diversiteit aan meldingen, zowel telefonisch als via de mail. Je zorgt voor een vriendelijke en professionele afhandeling van inkomende telefoontjes, e-mails en andere contactmomenten. Je denkt snel, communiceert helder en weet klanten gerust te stellen - ook als het gaat om een storing die snel opgelost moet worden. Hierdoor is bij KSN geen dag hetzelfde! Werken bij KSN Wij zijn dé reparatiespecialist op het gebied van kozijnen, hang- en sluitwerk.
