Ben jij bouwkundig of technisch onderlegd en houd jij graag meerdere ballen in de lucht? Dan zal deze functie jou goed liggen. Deze opdrachtgever werkt voor lokale woningcorporaties en vastgoedbeleggers en voert voor deze partijen renovatie- en grootonderhoud werkzaamheden uit. In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders die een melding telefonisch indienen. Dit kan gaan om een lekkende kraan, een klemmend keukenraam of een kapotte CV ketel. Na een juiste diagnose ga jij gelijk aan de slag met het inplannen van de juiste monteur of onderaannemer. Voor hen bestel jij het juiste materiaal en vervolgens communiceer jij met de huurder over de datum en de te verrichten werkzaamheden. Nadat de monteur netjes het euvel heeft verholpen, pleeg jij nog een telefoontje om de tevredenheid te checken om vervolgens het dossier af te sluiten met een factuur richting de woningcorporatie. Deze positie is ook zeker passend voor een ervaren timmerman die graag op kantoor aan de slag gaat! Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over bouwkundige kennis, verkregen door opleiding óf door ervaring als bijvoorbeeld timmerman - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan goed communiceren, belfobie is jou dan ook onbekend - Je bent dagelijks bereikbaar voor de huurders en dus beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week Functieoverzicht .
