Voor ons keukenteam zoeken we een sous-chef kok die houdt van het vak, verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en graag werkt in een omgeving waar geen week hetzelfde is. Het mooie aan deze functie? Je kunt aan de slag binnen drie verschillende locaties en concepten : Brasserie De Conversatie, Café Massimo én OLAF amazing food on location. Van een drukke lunch in de brasserie tot een zakelijke bijeenkomst of een bijzonder evenement op locatie. Ben jij een ervaren kok met passie voor het vak, oog voor kwaliteit en zin in een nieuwe uitdaging? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Zelfstandig bereiden en opmaken van gerechten. Meedraaien én verantwoordelijkheid nemen binnen het keukenteam. Mise-en-place verzorgen en zorgen dat alles goed is voorbereid. Meedenken over gerechten, menu's en nieuwe ideeën. Het team ondersteunen en aansturen waar nodig. Werken binnen Brasserie De Conversatie, Café Massimo en/of OLAF amazing food on location. Zorgen voor kwaliteit, overzicht en een georganiseerde keuken. Wie ben jij? Je hebt ruime ervaring als kok en bent klaar voor een functie als sous-chef. Je hebt passie voor koken en werkt graag met mooie, verse producten. Je kunt verantwoordelijkheid nemen en houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten. Je bent een teamspeler en vindt het leuk om samen met collega's iets moois neer te zetten. Je bent flexibel en houdt juist van de afwisseling tussen verschillende locaties en werkzaamheden. Werken op zondag is onderdeel van de functie. Rijbewijs B is een pré. Wat bieden wij? Een functie van 32-38 uur per week . Afwisseling tussen Brasserie De Conversatie, Café Massimo en OLAF amazing food on location . Maximaal twee avonden per week werken. Je werkt op zondag, maar daar staat tegenover dat zaterdag vrij mogelijk is . Een afwisselende baan: van brasserie en zakelijke horeca tot bruiloften, private dinners en evene...
