Binnen ons bedrijf staan kwaliteit, samenwerking en gastvrijheid centraal. Samen met het keukenteam zorg je ervoor dat gasten kunnen genieten van goed bereide en smaakvolle gerechten. Als souschef ondersteun je de chef-kok bij het organiseren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de keuken. Je helpt bij het aansturen van het keukenteam en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden goed verlopen. Tijdens drukke momenten houd je overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat gerechten op tijd en volgens de juiste kwaliteit worden bereid. Je verdeelt taken binnen het team, controleert de bereiding en presentatie van gerechten en helpt collega's waar nodig. Daarnaast denk je samen met de chef-kok mee over nieuwe gerechten, menu's en verbeteringen binnen de keuken. Je speelt een rol in het beheren van de voorraad en het bestellen van producten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de keuken goed voorbereid is en dat er volgens de hygiëne- en HACCP-regels wordt gewerkt.
