Je maakt verf en lak op kleur met behulp van machines, houdt procesinstellingen scherp in de gaten en zorgt dat het eindresultaat constant voldoet aan de kwaliteits- en kleurvoorschriften. Wat ga je doen? - Werkopdrachten, tekeningen en kleurcodes beoordelen en vertalen naar de juiste aanpak - Houten onderdelen voorbereiden (reinigen/ontvetten) en materialen klaarzetten - Verf- en lakmengsels op kleur maken en kleurcorrectheid controleren - Spuitrobots instellen/afstellen en spuitprogramma's controleren; werkplek en veiligheid checken - Spuitrobots en handspuitapparatuur bedienen en het spuitproces bewaken; waar nodig handmatig bijspuiten/corrigeren - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren (o.a. laagdikte, dekking, oppervlaktekwaliteit) en afwijkingen herstellen of bijstellen - Registreren van instellingen/gebruikte materialen, klein onderhoud doen en de werkplek/spuitcabine netjes en veilig opleveren Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? - Je bent woonachtig in regio Nijmegen, 's Hertogenbosch, Oss, Tiel, Wijchen - Mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau - Interesse in techniek en (industrieel) spuitwerk; ervaring is een pré, geen must - Technisch inzicht: je vindt het leuk om instellingen te begrijpen en processen te bewaken - Je kunt werken met tekeningen/werkinstructies en kleurcodes (of je leert dit snel) - Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en kunt prioriteiten stellen Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wat bieden wij? - Een fulltime dienstverband van 36 tot 40 uur per week - Uitzicht op vast - Een marktconform salaris - Vakantiedagen en -geld - Een groeiende werkgever met focus op vakmanschap en kwaliteit - Same...
