Hierbij is het essentieel dat jij een goede vertrouwensband opbouwt met verschillende doelgroepen. Met jouw respectvolle manier van benaderen help jij mensen verder op weg. Klinkt dit als iets wat jou ligt en energie geeft? Solliciteer dan op deze belangrijke functie binnen het team van Veiligheid, Vergunning en Handhaving. Wat ga je doen? Als straatcoach ben je de oren en ogen van de stad. Elke dag ga je naar buiten, de stad in. Je doet dit niet alleen maar in een groep. Samen met een andere straatcoach, collega's van Handhaving én Toezichthouders. Je hebt je eigen rol maar vormt met deze groep samen een hecht team. De groep wordt van tevoren bekend gemaakt maar het kan na verloop van tijd zijn dat de samenstelling hierin wisselt. Samen observeer je de omgeving en signaleert eventuele aandachtspunten. Het is belangrijk dat je naast het signaleren van gebeurtenissen, ook de-escaleert als dat nodig is. Je krijgt te maken met verschillende soorten doelgroepen die je tegenkomt. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan dak- en thuislozen of mensen met een verslaving of onbegrepen gedrag. Hun gedrag kan soms als overlast gevend worden ervaren. Jij spreekt op een professionele maar ook respectvolle manier deze mensen aan op hun gedrag. Indien nodig verwijs je hen door naar passende hulp en zorg. De ene keer lukt het met aanspreken en doorverwijzen maar soms leidt het gedrag naar samenwerking met je collega's van Handhaving of andere ketenpartners zoals de politie of zorginstellingen. Het is belangrijk dat je zowel met interne collega's als andere ketenpartners goed samenwerkt. Ze weten jou te vinden en andersom. Je sluit met regelmaat aan bij team overlegge...
