Als toonaangevend platform voor doelgroepen uit de gehele teeltketen wil ze voorloper zijn, ook op het gebied van e-commerce. Inmiddels werken er hier wereldwijd zo'n 1000 medewerkers om full-service te verlenen voor bedrijven welke bijvoorbeeld actief zijn in de bloem- en sierteeltsector. Er is hier veel ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en je kunt hier een inwerktraject op maat verwachten. De Functie: In de functie van Support Engineer zal je taken bestaan uit het leveren van 1e en 2e lijns support. Verder ondersteun je jouw collega's bij dagelijkse ERP-software vragen en natuurlijk ondersteunen zij jou ook waar nodig met hun kennis en vaardigheden. Daarnaast zul je ook bij het testen, inrichten en implementeren van haar ERP-functionaliteiten ondersteunen. Gevraagd Profiel: Wat heb je in je mars: - Je hebt minimaal een MBO 4- diploma richting IT; - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Support Engineer; - Je hebt kennis en ervaring met ERP-applicaties (pré); - Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal; - Je bent communicatief vaardig. Arbeidsvoorwaarden: Je kunt hier goede arbeidsvoorwaarden verwachten, waaronder: pensioenregeling, een goed salaris tot ongeveer € 3500,- op 40 uur, afhankelijk van je kunde en ervaring, reiskosten, Er zijn meerdere arbeidsvoorwaarden te benoemen.
