De lijnen zijn kort, mensen zijn betrokken en aanpakken staat centraal. Binnen het Legal Team krijg je de kans om een centrale rol te vervullen. Als Support Officer zorg jij voor structuur, overzicht en voortgang binnen een afdeling die volop in ontwikkeling is. Je bent niet de ondersteuner op de achtergrond, maar de centrale spil die mensen, processen en informatie met elkaar verbindt en zo bijdraagt aan een soepel functionerend team. Een juridische achtergrond is voor deze functie niet nodig. Veel belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, graag nieuwe dingen leert en openstaat om je verder te verdiepen in juridische onderwerpen en terminologie. De uitdaging! Als Support Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse processen binnen het Legal Team. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare operationele uitvoering; de inhoudelijke juridische beoordeling ligt bij je collega's. Je brengt structuur aan, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op goed georganiseerde systemen en informatie. Omdat de afdeling volop in ontwikkeling is, krijg je veel ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en een goede werkwijze. - Je beheert juridische systemen, documenten en mailboxen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van gegevens. - Je ondersteunt bij cas...
