Ben jij een coachende en verbindende leider die graag dicht bij de zorg staat? Bij De Passerel krijg je de ruimte om samen met medewerkers te bouwen aan sterke teams, goede dagbesteding en een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Je geeft leiding aan dagbestedingsteams voor volwassenen in Apeldoorn en zorgt voor de verbinding tussen medewerkers, cliënten, verwanten en de organisatie. Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte voor ontwikkeling en vooral: werk dat ertoe doet. Waarom werken als teamleider zo mooi is Sinds 1 september werkt de Passerel met een nieuwe organisatiestructuur. Binnen deze structuur is onder andere de functie van Teamleider nieuw. In deze rol geef je leiding aan dagbestedingsteams die actief zijn op dagbestedingslocaties in Apeldoorn (totaal circa 20-30 fte). Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, kent je medewerkers en weet wat er speelt bij cliënten en hun verwanten. Je geeft aandacht aan het functioneren, de ontwikkeling en het werkplezier van je medewerkers. Samen met de gedragskundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg. Daarnaast pak je organisatorische taken op die belangrijk zijn voor het dagelijks functioneren van de teams en het welzijn van de cliënten. Je zorgt voor de randvoorwaarden waarin zorgprofessionals hun werk goed kunnen doen en waarin ruimte is om te leren en te groeien. Bij vragen, zorgen of klachten ben je een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, verwanten en medewerkers. Je verbindt mensen, houdt overzicht en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer dat nodig is.
