Jij maakt hét verschil en optimaliseert de gehele expeditieafdeling binnen het bedrijf. Je krijgt dus veel verantwoordelijkheid! Dit ga je doen: - Je signaleert verbeteringsmogelijkheden en past deze toe; - Je coacht, begeleidt en motiveert jouw team; - Je zorgt dat orders op tijd en foutloos de deur uitgaan; - Je zorgt voor een positieve sfeer; - Je verricht administratieve taken en houdt medewerkersgesprekken. Het familiebedrijf in Berkel en Rodenrijs heeft als doel om de planeet en de mens gezonder maken door de landbouwsector te verbeteren. Ze bieden een geïntegreerd systeem om bijvoorbeeld plagen en ziektes te bestrijden, bestuiving te optimaliseren of de planten nóg beter te laten groeien. Voor welk gewas? Aardappels, aardbeien, bonen, bramen, courgettes, kersen, komkommers, peren, sla, tomaat en ga zo maar door! Je werkt fulltime in de verschoven dagdienst van 07:00-19:00. Wie zoeken wij: - Je hebt mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt ruime ervaring als teamleider of meewerkend voorman in een expeditieomgeving; - Je kunt goed leidinggeven en helder communiceren; - Je houdt overzicht en bent flexibel; - Ervaring met 5S en/of een ERP-systeem is een pre.
